Dynamization for Associations

Associative Resource Center

Dynamization meetings aim to create spaces for reflection, exchange, and dialogue for associations, where they can meet, formulate their problems, needs, and proposals, and seek solutions collaboratively.

The dynamization work of the Fundació Horta Sud is divided into two main lines: Dynamization Days and Associative Café.

Dynamization Days

We organize days to create spaces for reflection, exchange, and consensus, where associations can analyze their current situation, formulate their own problems, needs, proposals, and search for solutions, establishing a small work plan to strengthen and highlight the work of the associative movement in the municipality.

Objectives

● Understand the expectations of the municipality’s associations regarding participation to respond and plan municipal actions related to participation.

● Identify the situation, demands, and needs of the municipality’s associations to provide solutions and design strategies and processes for strengthening and improving the associations in the municipality.

● Improve relationships between the administration and associations, effectively enabling citizen participation in problem-solving within the municipality.

Associative Café

A dialogue space to learn about and share successful experiences among associations through the presentation of best practices that are already working in other associations and can be replicated.

Objectives

● Learn about innovative and successful experiences that can inspire similar projects in other associations by leveraging collective intelligence.

● Strengthen networking and shared learning.
