The training offer of the Horta Sud Foundation is the result of more than forty years of work aimed at strengthening the associative fabric; years in which we have drawn from the experiences, needs, difficulties, and knowledge of the associations with which we have networked to promote a lively, dynamic, effective associative fabric, a necessary condition for economic, political, educational, and cultural development, and to deepen the democracy of any society.
